Digits Launches Outcome-Based Pricing Model for Accounting Firms with New Strategic Advisor
Digits has unveiled an outcome-based pricing model for accounting firms, the first in its sector, charging based on automation efficiency. Reggie Marable from Sierra joins as a strategic advisor to enhance this innovative approach.

Digits has introduced an outcome-based pricing model, allowing accounting firms to pay only when 95% or more of a client's transactions are automated. This pricing strategy aims to align the company's incentives with client success, as firms benefit from increased automation without additional costs if performance does not improve.
Reggie Marable, formerly Head of Global Sales at Sierra, joins Digits as a strategic advisor, leveraging his experience in AI-driven business models. This model shifts the focus from traditional billing practices to actual outcomes, enabling firms to scale operations by reducing manual work. The approach may redefine partnerships between accounting firms and technology providers, emphasizing payment for successful results.
