Distribution Solutions Group Inc. (DSGR) has acquired Eastern Valve & Control Specialties Ltd. in Canada, enhancing its operations in Atlantic Canada. Eastern Valve, based in Paradise, Newfoundland, provides industrial valves and related services, generating around CAD$17 million in annual revenue.

The acquisition will integrate into DSGR's Canadian Branch through Source Atlantic and its Mobile Valve platform, strengthening their service offerings and market presence. The acquisition was funded through existing cash and credit capacity.
