As Customer Zero for ServiceNow's Core Business Suite, DXC will be the inaugural enterprise to deploy these AI capabilities, aiming to optimize core business operations.
The partnership focuses on creating a library of validated AI use cases and automation patterns, which will be offered to clients globally. By centralizing back-office functions and implementing AI-driven workflows, DXC seeks to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
This initiative builds on a 17-year relationship between the two companies and leverages their AI Innovation Center of Excellence to support AI-driven transformation across complex technology environments. The internal deployment will serve as a model for future client offerings, illustrating practical applications of agentic AI in enterprise settings.
