dynaCERT Inc. announced the retirement of Mr. Doug Seneshen as Lead Director of the Board, effective January 1, 2026. After nearly five decades in the Power Systems and Transportation sectors, Seneshen plans to focus on personal pursuits.

He expressed confidence in dynaCERT's leadership and its mission to decarbonize through its products.
