EAT Restaurant Partners to Open Civita Italia Ristorante & Bar in Short Pump by June
EAT Restaurant Partners is nearing completion of Civita Italia Ristorante & Bar in Short Pump, set to open in June. The 7,000-square-foot establishment, located at 3401 Haydenpark Lane, was purchased for $1.2 million. The restaurant will feature fresh pasta, a bar, lounge area, and outdoor patio, operating seven days a week. Civita is the first new concept since Wong's Tacos in 2019 and will coincide with another new location, Lucky AF sushi, in Short Pump Town Center.

EAT Restaurant Partners is set to open Civita Italia Ristorante & Bar at GreenGate in Short Pump by June. The restaurant will occupy a 7,000-square-foot building at 3401 Haydenpark Lane, purchased for $1.2 million.
Construction began in 2024 after EAT acquired the land. The menu will focus on fresh pasta, with a bar, lounge area, and outdoor patio, and it will operate daily for lunch and dinner. Civita is EAT's first new concept since Wong's Tacos in 2019 and will open alongside another location, Lucky AF sushi, in Short Pump Town Center.
