Eco Guardian has been awarded $1.5 million from the Ontario government under the AMIC program to enhance its manufacturing operations in Aurora, Ontario. This funding will facilitate the domestic production of paper-based foodservice packaging, including various containers and cups.

The facility will utilize advanced automation technology to achieve an annual output of 2 billion sustainable products. This expansion is expected to create up to 40 skilled jobs and strengthen Ontario's manufacturing sector, contributing to economic growth and reducing dependence on single-use plastics.
