Efor has announced the acquisition of DynamixE, Inc., a U.S. company known for its expertise in Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV), process engineering, and automation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This acquisition marks a key step in Efor's North American expansion, increasing its U.S. revenue to approximately $60 million.

Founded in 2017, DynamixE has established a strong reputation in CQV solutions and has been collaborating with Efor on large-scale projects. The integration of DynamixE enhances Efor's capabilities in complex biomanufacturing environments, supporting its global growth strategy through targeted acquisitions.
