Embraer Signs AHEAD Agreement with Virgin Australia for E2 Fleet Predictive Maintenance
Embraer has entered a long-term agreement with Virgin Australia to implement the AHEAD (Aircraft Health Analysis and Diagnosis) system for predictive maintenance on its E2 fleet. This digital tool aims to enhance operational performance by identifying potential issues before they arise, thereby reducing unscheduled downtime and maintenance costs. Virgin Australia currently has eight firm orders for E2 jets, with two already delivered.
