EY has launched EY.ai Agentic for Sales, a platform developed with Snowflake and Canva, to combat AI fragmentation in enterprise sales. This system integrates real-time data intelligence, AI-driven content creation, and workflow automation, enabling sales teams to optimize operations and enhance customer engagement.
Current issues include 78% of sellers missing targets in 2025 due to fragmented technology and manual processes. By automating administrative tasks and streamlining workflows, the platform aims to improve seller productivity and facilitate personalized customer interactions. Initial deployment for pre-sales engagement begins in March 2026 in North America, with plans for global expansion.
