FACE Africa completed the dedication of 71 household latrines, one hand pump, and one solar-powered water tower in Bentol, Liberia. The Bentol Phase Four WASH Program, implemented over three months, focused on improving sanitation and water access.

The latrines were distributed across Belekpoi, Bassa, and Nyema Town, equipped with Rain-WASH systems. The project also trained 65 community members, predominantly women, in facility maintenance and hygiene practices.

FACE Africa has constructed 327 latrines and additional water infrastructure since 2023. Community contributions for facility maintenance totaled L$35,230 across the towns. The initiative highlights the importance of community ownership for sustainability.
