FCH has finalized its acquisition of Axiflow Technologies, enhancing its capabilities in hygienic fluid handling solutions for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. Axiflow specializes in twin-screw pump technology designed for stringent sanitary processing environments.

The acquisition allows FCH to expand its technical portfolio and improve support for complex process applications. Axiflow will maintain its operational autonomy, leveraging its established sales and engineering teams while collaborating with FCH to enhance service and innovation. This acquisition is the ninth since Audax Private Equity acquired FCH in 2022.
