Final Development Site in Centum City Set for Construction by Hines
Centum City's last undeveloped site is progressing towards development with Hines securing 1.4 trillion won in financing. The Global Quantum Complex aims to integrate commercial and residential spaces with advanced technology by 2031.

Hines has obtained approximately 1.4 trillion won in financing to develop the final undeveloped site in Centum City, known as the former Sega Sammy location. Scheduled to finalize its land payment next month, construction preparations will commence soon after.
The project, named the Global Quantum Complex, will feature a 60-story high-rise focusing on residential, commercial, and technological advancements, including quantum computing capabilities for various sectors. Daewoo Engineering & Construction will handle the construction, with the project expected to complete by 2031. The successful realization of this site could enhance Centum City's technology infrastructure and economic appeal.
