Flowserve to Acquire Trillium Flow Technologies' Valves Division for $490 Million
Flowserve Corporation has signed an agreement to acquire Trillium Flow Technologies' Valves Division for $490 million. The acquisition aims to enhance Flowserve's capabilities in nuclear and power generation markets and is expected to close mid-2026. Trillium's Valves Division is projected to have annual revenues of around $200 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin in the high teens. The purchase will be funded through cash and debt, and it excludes Trillium's French operations.

Trillium's Valves Division is anticipated to generate approximately $200 million in annual revenues and 12.3x adjusted EBITDA multiple for 2025. The acquisition will be financed through cash and debt and is projected to be accretive to adjusted operating income in 2026. The deal will not include Trillium's operations in France.
