FLUIDRA Australia is expanding its warehouse capabilities by investing in two new Hanel Lean-Lift vertical storage and retrieval systems, bringing its total to four. This enhancement includes upgrading two existing systems and introducing the Sabl MultiPick system to improve the picking operation.

The automation strategy addresses challenges such as inventory accuracy, space constraints, and manual processes. Since the initial automation implementation over ten years ago, inventory accuracy has reached 100%, and warehouse productivity has significantly increased. The new systems will allow for concurrent picking across different stock zones, enhancing efficiency without requiring additional floor space.
