Forrester Research has finalized a $5.7 million agreement with the United States Department of the Air Force to provide research and advisory services to over 2,300 personnel. The contract includes access to Forrester's proprietary research, data, analyst expertise, and AI-enabled inquiry support, aimed at supporting modernization and improving research visibility across the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and U.S.
Space Force. The agreement, structured under the Department of War Enterprise Software Initiative BPA, establishes a unified program across DAF's Major Commands and Headquarters. It is intended to streamline contracting processes and enhance access to trusted insights, enabling better decision-making in an evolving threat environment. Monitoring capabilities will allow the DAF to track the effectiveness of research investments.
