Fort Worth's Ridgmar Mall Redevelopment Initiated by Ramrock Real Estate
Ramrock Real Estate has acquired Ridgmar Mall for redevelopment into Ridgmar 30 Logistics Crossing, a 931,000 sq ft business park. This project aims to meet regional logistics demand and transform the site after years of decline.

Ramrock Real Estate has announced its acquisition of Ridgmar Mall, initiating plans for a redevelopment into Ridgmar 30 Logistics Crossing, which will feature approximately 931,000 square feet across six buildings. The redevelopment, which is not a data center, aims to create a Class A business park to address the increasing demand for flexible commercial and logistics space in Fort Worth.
This effort comes as the mall has faced challenges in repurposing due to restrictions from the nearby Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base. The project has received support from local officials after two years of community engagement, reflecting a significant shift in the area's development trajectory. Ramrock will collaborate with KBC Advisors and Lincoln Property Company on this initiative, with further details on the project expected to be released soon.
