FP McCann has installed its precast concrete T-Beam and Block flooring system for a £17.5 million social housing project in Gorebridge, Midlothian. The project, led by Cruden, will provide 75 flats, cottage flats, and houses, including 10 extra care units and a wheelchair-accessible house.

The design, developed with Midlothian Council and architect Hackland & Dore, emphasizes sustainability and community needs. Homes will feature heat-pump heating and high-performance insulation to enhance energy efficiency. The T-Beam and Block system offers solid support and excellent thermal insulation, contributing to Scotland's emissions reduction goals.
