Fragrance Delivery Technologies Receives $1.96 Million Guarantee from MBRIF for Manufacturing Expansion
Fragrance Delivery Technologies (FDT) secures AED7.2 million ($1.96 million) from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund to enhance its manufacturing capabilities in the UAE. The funding will allow FDT to automate its JAFZA facility, improving production efficiency and meeting increasing global demand for eco-friendly air care products.

Fragrance Delivery Technologies (FDT) has received a guarantee of AED7.2 million ($1.96 million) from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund (MBRIF) to support the automation of its Jebel Ali Free Zone facility. This funding aims to enhance production efficiency and scalability as FDT responds to rising global demand for its hydrogen fuel cell-powered air fresheners.
Established in 2008, FDT exports over 90% of its products and employs a workforce that is 95% UAE-based. The support from MBRIF aligns with the UAE's National Innovation Strategy, facilitating the transition of enterprises like FDT towards Industry 4.0 standards, thereby contributing to economic diversification.
