Fruity Pack Expands Production Capacity and Supply Chain Optimization Post-COVID-19
Fruity Pack is set to enhance its production capabilities with a new facility by mid-2026, aiming to increase efficiency and meet rising demand. The company's strategy includes direct sourcing from growers, which has driven a significant revenue increase and improved supply continuity amid global challenges.

Fruity Pack plans to build a new 6,000 m² facility expected to begin operations in mid-2026 to boost production capacity. This expansion is necessary due to reaching maximum capacity at current operations and aims to streamline processes through automation, addressing rising labor costs.
The company has restructured its supply chain to source 95% of raw materials directly from growers, enhancing supply reliability amidst geopolitical tensions and climate change. New product concepts are also being explored, such as fresh chocolate-coated fruits and specialized ripening facilities for mangoes.
Investments in processing facilities for pomegranate seeds aim to reduce dependence on air freight, aligning with sustainability goals. The focus on long-term growth positions Fruity Pack to adapt to ongoing market challenges.
