Fulfilio Plans Acquisitions to Lead E-commerce Logistics in Central and Eastern Europe

The company is analyzing potential acquisitions in fulfillment segments, including fashion logistics, and is targeting expansion in Western and Southern Europe. With a strong financial position due to its affiliation with the OEX group, Fulfilio plans to invest millions in IT solutions and automation over the next three years to improve efficiency. Despite a slight decline in net profit, revenue increased by 22.7% in 2024, with growth expected to continue.

The company is exploring acquisitions in fulfillment sectors it does not currently serve, such as fashion logistics, and is considering geographic expansion into Western Europe (Germany, Benelux) and Southern Europe (Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania).
With support from the OEX group, Fulfilio is set to invest millions in IT and automation over the next three years to enhance efficiency. In 2024, revenue increased by 22.7% to 144.8 million PLN, though net profit fell by 4.3%. The company anticipates revenue growth of 6-10% for 2025.
