Fulfilio aims to become a leading player in fulfillment logistics, primarily in Poland and Central Eastern Europe, by expanding service categories and investing in IT and automation. The company is exploring acquisitions in fulfillment sectors it does not currently serve, such as fashion logistics, and is considering geographic expansion into Western Europe (Germany, Benelux) and Southern Europe (Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania).

With support from the OEX group, Fulfilio is set to invest millions in IT and automation over the next three years to enhance efficiency. In 2024, revenue increased by 22.7% to 144.8 million PLN, though net profit fell by 4.3%. The company anticipates revenue growth of 6-10% for 2025.
