Garrett Motion Inc. introduced its oil-free centrifugal compressor technology for HVAC systems at AHR Expo 2026 in Las Vegas, scheduled for February 2-4. The company plans to launch a portfolio that covers cooling demands from 7 to 500 Tons (25 to 1,750 kWc).

The new compressors aim to provide significant cost savings through lower energy consumption and reduced maintenance, while supporting sustainability efforts with ultra-low GWP refrigerants. The technology has demonstrated energy savings of over 10% in trials with HVAC system integrators.

Production is set to begin in late 2026, with samples for customer testing available now. Garrett invites HVAC professionals to learn more at Booth SL3023 during the expo.
