GENMA Delivers Additional eRTGs to Nador West Med Terminal in Morocco
GENMA Solutions has shipped 10 electric RTG cranes to the Nador West Med Terminal, enhancing its operational capacity for container handling. This addition supports the terminal's goal of reaching an annual throughput of 3.4 million TEU upon full build-out.

GENMA Solutions has dispatched 10 electric RTG cranes to Morocco's Nador West Med Terminal, following the initial shipment of 10 units in June. These cranes are intended for the Eastern Container Terminal, operated by WMCT, a collaboration between Terminal Investment Limited and Marsa Maroc.
The terminal's equipment package includes 15 STS cranes and 45 electric RTGs, with the latter designed for automation and safety, including anti-collision and fire suppression systems. The first phase of the terminal's development is set to commence operations in Q4 2026, featuring a 1,520-meter quay and 70 hectares of yard space, which could significantly enhance regional logistics capabilities.
