Gilead Dynamics and ATS Industrial Automation Collaborate on Tire Recycling Technology
Gilead Dynamics and ATS Industrial Automation are collaborating to enhance the Carbon Black Extractor (CBX) for tire recycling. This partnership aims to achieve commercial scalability and operational consistency in converting tire scraps into high-purity carbon black and other valuable byproducts.
Gilead Dynamics has partnered with ATS Industrial Automation to advance the Carbon Black Extractor (CBX), which processes tire waste into recycled carbon black, oil, and syngas with up to 93% carbon black purity. ATS will focus on improving the CBX's manufacturability and offer full lifecycle support, leveraging its expertise in automation for enhanced operational consistency and customer training. This initiative is expected to strengthen waste management practices and bolster supply chain resilience, contributing to sustainability efforts in the industry.
