Glass Atlas has completed the acquisition of Summit and its Productcaster platform as of April 16, 2026. This strategic move increases the combined headcount to approximately 240 and elevates total revenues to £22 million.
The acquisition enhances Glass Atlas's capabilities in digital transformation, performance marketing, and product data technology. The expanded client roster includes notable names such as American Golf and Footasylum. This deal, following prior investments from Foresight Group, positions Glass Atlas favorably for future growth, particularly as performance marketing trends shift towards data and automation-driven strategies.
