Glencar is constructing a multi-million-pound 13,000 sq m Costco Wholesale warehouse and fuel station in Gloucester, the first for Costco in Gloucestershire. The project includes a completed steel frame, nearing completion of earthworks, and ongoing cladding and roofing works.

Key features will be a nine-pump petrol station, 612 parking spaces, and new vehicle access. The warehouse will be built under a design and build contract and will include a solar PV array. The overall site spans 44,000 sq m and includes additional infrastructure works. Completion is targeted for 2026.
