GoldQuest Mining Discovers High-Grade Polymetallic Zone at Cachimbo Target, British Columbia
GoldQuest Mining Corp. reports a significant discovery at the Cachimbo target in British Columbia, with drill hole TIR-26-58 intersecting a high-grade polymetallic zone. The new mineralized structure, located northeast of the existing zone, showed high-grade values for gold, silver, copper, and zinc, including a core of 3.59 meters grading 17.63 g/t AuEq. This marks the first major success since drilling resumed after nine years, with further exploration planned.

GoldQuest Mining Corp. has identified a new high-grade polymetallic zone at the Cachimbo target, confirmed by drill hole TIR-26-58, which intersected a core grading 17.63 g/t AuEq over 3.59 meters. This discovery follows a nine-year drilling hiatus and indicates a new parallel mineralized structure northeast of the known zone.
The mineralization, characterized by high-grade copper (2.18% Cu), silver (128.88 g/t Ag), and zinc (27.61% Zn), remains open for further exploration. Ongoing drilling includes holes TIR-26-57 and TIR-26-59, with results pending. A Pole-Dipole Induced Polarization survey is also in progress to enhance drill targeting.
