Gradient has launched Nexus, a hardware-native control platform for managing fleets of its All-Weather 120V window heat pumps. This platform enables multifamily housing owners to achieve significant energy efficiency, with one beta customer reporting a 25% reduction in energy consumption through optimized remote setpoints.

Nexus provides coordinated control over heating and cooling systems, offering features such as budget-aligned comfort guardrails, fleet-wide visibility via a single dashboard, zone-level control for managing multiple units, and power-aware operations to optimize electricity use. Currently deployed in over 200 residential units across Boston, Detroit, and Washington, D.C., Nexus is designed to integrate deeply with Gradient's hardware, facilitating predictive maintenance and support for electrified buildings.
