Greece's government plans to finalize the 'My Home 2' applications by August, enhancing access to housing. Labor agreements will increase wages for over 400,000 workers in tourism and food sectors by up to 20% by 2028, impacting economic stability and labor relations.

Greece's Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced significant reforms in spatial planning, focusing on tourism, renewable energy, and industry. The 'My Home 2' program aims to finalize approved applications by August 2026, ensuring no resources are lost from the Recovery Fund.
Additionally, new labor agreements will raise wages for workers in tourism and food service by up to 20% above the minimum wage through 2028. Enhancements to public health include 28 renovated Emergency Departments and 55 Health Centers.
The government is also investing €340 million to produce gallium, fulfilling EU demands. This could strengthen Greece's strategic position in the semiconductor market. Furthermore, the digitization of public services aims to streamline processes, enhancing state efficiency.
