Gruppo Orion has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Tecnova HT, specializing in process automation and industrial emissions control. The sellers, Livio Daccò (40%), Andrea Giovane (40%), and Silvia Giovane (20%), were supported by DV Studio Legale, while LCA Studio Legale represented the buyer.

This acquisition is part of Gruppo Orion's strategy of growth through acquisitions, having previously acquired Opus Automazione spa and IA Ing srl. The latter acquisition was financed with €2 million from Anthilia BIT IV Co-Investment Fund and Anthilia MUST managed by Anthilia Capital Partners.
