Haier has unveiled a propane-based air-to-water heat pump designed for commercial applications, with models ranging from 26 kW to 40 kW. This system offers high energy efficiency and is suitable for office buildings and retrofit projects requiring elevated water temperatures.

Haier's new air-to-water heat pump operates using R290 refrigerant and is available in capacities of 26 kW, 30 kW, 35 kW, and 40 kW. The system achieves A+++ seasonal energy efficiency, providing leaving water temperatures up to 80 C, with a seasonal coefficient of performance (SCOP) of 4.91.
It can be cascaded up to eight units for a total capacity of 320 kW, catering to larger projects.
