Hero Realty has formed a partnership with Panasonic Electric Works India to create co-branded luxury homes at 'The Palatial' project in Gurugram. Panasonic will implement a range of smart electrical and power solutions in 150 residences, which will be available in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations, starting at Rs 5.25 crore.

The project, covering 11 acres, features high-rise towers and a 57,000 sqft clubhouse, focusing on wellness and intelligent living with smart home automation and energy-efficient appliances. Hero Realty is also developing over 5.2 million square feet in the NCR, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.
