Hesai Group Reports Q2 Revenue Growth but Stock Falls 6%
Hesai Group's Q2 2026 revenue reached RMB860.8 million, exceeding expectations, yet shares dropped 6.09%. This decline may signal market concerns despite strong growth in lidar shipments and profitability.

Hesai Group reported Q2 2026 revenue of RMB860.8 million ($126.9 million), a 21.9% increase YoY. Despite this positive performance, shares fell 6.09% in pre-market trading. The company achieved an adjusted EPS of RMB0.08 ($0.01) and net income of RMB70.6 million ($10.4 million), a 60% YoY increase, marking five consecutive quarters of profitability.
In terms of product performance, 628,275 lidar units were shipped, with ADAS and robotics lidar shipments growing 60% and 193% YoY, respectively. Additionally, Hesai raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to RMB200-300 million.
The firm anticipates Q3 revenues between RMB1,100 million and RMB1,150 million, reflecting 38% to 45% YoY growth. The stock decline may reflect investor caution despite strong operational metrics.
