Hi Auto Enhances AI Platform for Drive-Thru Performance Analysis

Hi Auto's new artificial intelligence technology focuses on analyzing performance at drive-thru pickup windows and is currently in beta with three brands. The system captures audio interactions at the window, correlating it with point-of-sale data to monitor order changes and identify errors.

Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken is among the first to pilot this technology to enhance staff-customer interactions during pickups. Hi Auto's existing voice automation platform is operational at approximately 1,000 stores, boasting over 93% order completion and 96% accuracy. This advancement may influence drive-thru operational standards across the industry, reflecting a trend toward integrating AI for enhanced service efficiency.
