HighPoint has acquired CloudView Partners, a cloud consulting firm, to enhance its capabilities in digital transformation. The acquisition integrates CloudView's expertise in cloud migration, modernization, and automation into HighPoint's offerings, particularly in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AWS.

This move positions HighPoint to better support enterprises transitioning to hybrid and multi-cloud environments. CloudView founder Sanjay Maljure will serve as Global Vice President of Digital Solutions, with integration efforts underway to provide unified hybrid-cloud services to clients globally.
