Hobby Lobby Sells Short Pump Store for $9.7 Million to Agree Realty
Hobby Lobby sold its Short Pump store at 11280 W. Broad St. for $9.7 million to Agree Realty. The 56,000-square-foot property, assessed at $8.6 million, was previously acquired by Hobby Lobby for $7.1 million in 2010. Agree Realty, which owns nearly 50 Hobby Lobby properties nationwide, now has two assets in the Brookhollow center. The store will continue to operate under Hobby Lobby following the sale.

Hobby Lobby has sold its Short Pump store at 11280 W. Broad St. for $9.7 million to Agree Realty, based in Michigan. The sale closed in late February, according to Henrico records.
The property, which spans 56,000 square feet and has an assessed value of $8.6 million, was purchased by Hobby Lobby for $7.1 million in 2010 from Kroger, the previous occupant. Agree Realty now owns two properties in the Brookhollow center, including the building occupied by Sonic. The firm also owns another Hobby Lobby store in Bermuda Square shopping center, acquired for $6 million in 2021.
