H.O.K. GmbH Acquires Schubert Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH Amid Restructuring
H.O.K. GmbH has successfully acquired the business operations of Schubert Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH through a restructuring process. This acquisition includes systems for cold and hot cutting of bar steel, wire processing coiling systems, and various feeding and transport systems.

H.O.K. GmbH has taken over the operations of Schubert Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH as part of a transfer restructuring. The acquisition includes comprehensive service offerings such as assembly, repairs, steel construction, contract processing, tool technology, and automation.
On December 1, 2025, Schubert Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH's management filed for insolvency under self-administration at the Hagen District Court. Dr. Georg Heidemann and Melina Jenkner from Heidemann Küthe law firm assisted in the process. A structured M&A process was executed by CVM Capital Value Management GmbH, led by partner Oliver Lewin.
