Holosafe to Expand Production Capacity with Multitec's S3S Flexo Press Installation
Holosafe Security Labels, based in Greater Noida, plans to enhance its production capacity by adding multiple flexo presses, starting with an S3S press from Faridabad-based Multitec. Currently, Holosafe operates three Multitec flexo presses for bulk operations and has previously installed a Jetsci KolorSmart+ digital press from Monotech Systems.
The company is exploring partnerships with various OEMs to determine suitable technologies as it targets the pharmaceutical market, specifically alu-alu blister packaging. Demand growth has been noted in pharma, alcobev, and FMCG sectors.
To address high labor turnover, Holosafe is investing in automation and sophisticated machinery. The firm aims to expand capacity by 30% in the next two years and plans to double its turnover by next year, focusing on quality-centric printing solutions.
