Honeywell to Sell Productivity Solutions Unit to Brady for $1.4 Billion
Honeywell International is finalizing a $1.4 billion cash sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services business to Brady Corporation. This divestiture is part of Honeywell's strategy to streamline its operations ahead of a planned spin-off of its Aerospace business in Q3 2026.

Honeywell is set to divest its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation for $1.4 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
This sale aligns with Honeywell's ongoing portfolio transformation, which includes the planned separation of its Aerospace and Automation businesses. The company is also reviewing strategic alternatives for its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business, which generated nearly $1 billion in revenue in 2024.
Brady, with annual sales of approximately $1.5 billion, aims to enhance its offerings for warehouse and logistics customers through this acquisition. The divestiture follows Honeywell's recent spin-off activities and acquisitions totaling around $14 billion since 2023.
