Spanning 300,000 square meters, the terminal is designed for both departures and arrivals, with the arrivals area to open in the following year based on air traffic demand.
Key features include 58 self-service check-in kiosks, 68 bag drop counters, and 20 biometric e-Security Gates. The terminal aims to elevate Hong Kong's global competitiveness as part of a broader economic strategy.
