Hydroflux Upgrades Warwick WWTP with New Sludge Dewatering System
Hydroflux has upgraded the Warwick Wastewater Treatment Plant's biosolids facility, enhancing sludge dewatering capabilities. The project includes the installation of a new HUBER Q440 Inclined Sludge Press, a polyelectrolyte dosing system, and SCADA integration. These improvements aim to increase sludge processing capacity, improve cake solids discharge, and reduce offsite disposal costs.

Hydroflux upgraded the Warwick WWTP's biosolids facility, enhancing sludge dewatering with a new HUBER Q440 Inclined Sludge Press, a polyelectrolyte dosing system, and SCADA modifications. The project involved process, mechanical, and electrical design, removal of existing equipment, and site integration works.
