ifm Electronic Launches Next-Generation Sensors for South Africa's Water Treatment Sector
ifm electronic has introduced the PG series pressure sensor and LDL400 conductivity sensor for South Africa's bulk and wastewater sector. The PG sensor features a stainless-steel housing, IO-Link connectivity, and is designed for dynamic pressure monitoring to reduce downtime. The LDL400 sensor offers real-time conductivity and temperature measurement with plug-and-play installation, also featuring IO-Link for data access. These advancements aim to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability in challenging environments.

ifm electronic has launched two advanced sensors for South Africa's water treatment sector: the PG series pressure sensor and the LDL400 conductivity sensor. The PG sensor features a robust stainless-steel housing, designed for shock and vibration resistance, enabling dynamic pressure monitoring with IO-Link connectivity for integration with PLCs and SCADA systems.
The LDL400 provides real-time conductivity and temperature measurement without calibration, facilitating easy installation and precise control. These sensors aim to optimize operations, reduce downtime, and enhance reliability in harsh environments.
