India and Finland have elevated their bilateral ties to a strategic partnership, focusing on digitalization and sustainability. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Alexander Stubb signed multiple agreements to enhance cooperation in advanced technologies such as AI, 6G, clean energy, and quantum computing. A Migration and Mobility Partnership was also established to facilitate skilled professional movement. The two countries aim to double bilateral trade to $2.6 billion by 2030, leveraging the recently concluded India-EU Free Trade Agreement.
