Indonesia Partners with Essence Global Group and Tynergy Technology for $4.9 Billion Semiconductor Project

Indonesia is collaborating with US firms Essence Global Group and Tynergy Technology Corporation USA on the PSN Wiraraja GESEIP project in Batam, with an initial investment of $4.9 billion (Rp82.8 trillion). Essence specializes in hydrogen energy systems, sodium-ion batteries, and advanced AI photonic processors, focusing on polysilicon purification for the semiconductor industry.

Tynergy is working with Wiraraja Group and Mirah Group to establish a sodium-ion energy storage facility with a capacity of 150 MW. The project also includes international cooperation with Solanna Akimel 7 Technopark in Arizona for semiconductor technology transfer.
