Integrated Systems Design (ISD) and URBX have launched the URBX Mixed Pallet Case Handling System, an AI-driven automation solution for mixed-case storage and palletizing. This system eliminates manual case picking and pallet building, achieving up to 66% labor savings and reducing capital costs by 15-25%.

It features URBX's Cube ASRS architecture, enabling automated retrieval and palletizing of mixed cases up to 125 feet high. The system's TowerBot AMR allows for flexible handling of both totes and cases, improving storage density by 3-4 times compared to conventional racking.

Deployment timelines range from 6 to 12 months. The system will be showcased at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta.
