Interloom, a Munich-based startup, has raised €14.2 million ($16.5 million) in Seed funding to develop its AI agent knowledge infrastructure. The round was led by DN Capital, with additional investments from Bek Ventures and Air Street Capital. This funding aims to enhance AI's ability to capture and utilize tacit organizational knowledge, addressing the challenge that 70% of operational decisions lack formal documentation. Interloom is already working with clients like Zurich Insurance and JLL, processing millions of operational cases to improve enterprise AI deployment.
