Italian Exhibition Group Acquires 51% of Brazil's Nutrition Innovation Summit and Launches Fluidtech Expo in Italy
Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) has acquired 51% of the Nutrition Innovation Summit in São Paulo, Brazil, for R$20m (US$3.78m) and plans to launch Fluidtech Expo in Vicenza, Italy, in September 2027. The NIS Summit, Brazil's main platform for health and supplements, will remain under the current team until 2029, with IEG aiming to purchase the remaining 49%. The Fluidtech Expo will focus on pump, valve, and water treatment technology and will occur every two years.

Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) has acquired 51% of Brazil's Nutrition Innovation Summit for R$20m (US$3.78m), enhancing its portfolio. The NIS Summit is a key platform for the health and supplement market in Brazil and will continue under its current management until 2029.
Additionally, IEG is set to launch Fluidtech Expo in Vicenza, Italy, scheduled for 28-30 September 2027, focusing on pump, valve, and water treatment technologies. This expo will occur biennially and aims to strengthen IEG's position in the water mechanics sector, complementing its existing Green&Tech portfolio.
