Jamestown Container Marks 70 Years with Plans for Growth in Rochester

Jamestown Container Companies, a corrugated packaging provider, is celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2026 and plans to expand its Rochester facility. Established in 1956 and originally known as Fort Worth Box Company, the site has operated since 1951 and currently employs approximately 170 locals.

The facility specializes in advanced packaging solutions, including multi-color direct print and litho laminate products, supported by modern converting equipment. The company aims to strengthen its workforce and increase sales, having built its reputation on customer relationships and continuous improvement initiatives.
