JinkoSolar is advancing its N-type solar cell technology through two retrofit projects at its Hefei production base, with a combined investment of RMB 346 million. The High-Efficiency Solar Cell MAX Retrofit Project, costing RMB 194 million, aims to enhance bifacial passivated structures, improving bifaciality by approximately 4% and overall conversion efficiency.

Concurrently, the High-Efficiency Solar Cell 213 Upgrade Project, with an investment of RMB 152 million, focuses on adapting production lines for compatibility with 213 mm silicon wafers while boosting automation. Both projects will optimize existing processes without increasing production capacity.
