Johnson Controls Launches Balanced Cooling Technology for UAE Buildings
Johnson Controls introduces Balanced Cooling, a solution designed to enhance cooling efficiency in UAE buildings connected to centralized systems. This technology addresses low Delta T issues, improving thermal management and reducing operational costs.

Johnson Controls has launched Balanced Cooling, aimed at improving cooling performance in UAE buildings linked to centralized cooling systems. This solution addresses low Delta T, which occurs when the temperature difference in chilled water falls below optimal levels, leading to inefficiencies and increased energy costs.
Balanced Cooling utilizes smart valve retrofits, real-time monitoring, and AI diagnostics to enhance system performance. The technology is compatible with existing HVAC and BMS systems, making it suitable for residential, hospitality, and office buildings. With DEWA projecting a 40% district cooling penetration in Dubai by 2030, this initiative aligns with broader energy efficiency goals.
