Kauri CAB Secures Construction Rights for Data Center in Hochheim
Kauri CAB has obtained construction rights for a data center on a 5.5-hectare site near Frankfurt, moving into the next project phase. The site will feature a maximum building height of 20 meters and incorporate sustainability measures, although technical specifications remain undisclosed.

Kauri CAB is set to commence construction on a data center located on a 5.5-hectare plot in Hochheim, following the completion of planning procedures. The site, previously designated for commercial use, has been converted to industrial zoning.
The building height is capped at 20 meters, partially due to the enclosure of technical equipment on the roof. Planned requirements include rooftop photovoltaics, rainwater infiltration measures, and landscaping.
The project also allows for the potential reuse of waste heat. Specific technical details regarding IT capacity and future expansions have not been disclosed by Kauri CAB, nor have they responded to inquiries.
